Augury takes its name from older practices of divination by the movement of birds. This augury is inspired by bird migration and shifting territoriality through vocal navigation. Site-specific field recordings of bird song are altered and interwoven with live singing. Perception is distorted, exploring sonic pulses of place through slower, lower, and looping chants.
