Experiments in Giving and Taking is part of a series of temporary performance habitats made from branches gathered off the streets of Neukölln in Berlin.
Inspired by Shel Silverstein’s The Giving Tree, this iteration embodies and transforms the character of the giving tree into a whore, a neurotic librarian, an archive, a fragmented puzzle.
Fruits are consumed and poems written on their skins.
